How often should I get my Windows Cleaned?
There is no right or wrong answer to how often you should get your windows done, however it is recommend at least 4-8 weeks for residental and depending on your commerical bussiness maybe evern once a week for example if you have a shop with glass windows selling your products
How often should I Get my Gutters Emptied?
It is recommend you have your gutters emptied yearly as this will avoid any damange to your property of which could cost you thousands in damangs.
Traditional or Waterfed?
We are traditional window cleaners that can also offer window cleaning with our waterfed system, this means we can do everything traditional and the odd window thats hard to get to with our pole system. You tend to find houses are traditional & commercial is waterfed in most cases but it all comes down to your prefences and budjet as traditional does cost a little more.
Can you remind me when you are coming?
We use a proffessional custom design CRM program to ensure you get a text and email a few days before we arrive.
How do I pay?
We have several methods of payments, you can either make payment when we are on site or once the service has been completed you will get an email & Text message with your invoice and a pay now button. Once payment has been made you then be emailed and Texted with your rceipt for proof of payment.
Can I setup Auto Payments?
Once we have completed your first service you will be emailed and texted your invoice with a pay now button, once you open the link you will see you are advised to put in your card details with a tick button that gives you the option to save your card details for future auto payments. Auto payments will stop if you cancel your service or if you request it to stop by emailing info@windywashersessex.co.uk
Will it be the same staff each time attending?
Windy Washers Essex only train and take on the most advance staff in Essex, all ourr staff undertake strick training excises to ensure they are the right person for the job. We do our best to ensure you get the same crew attend each time.

What if I want to cancel?

What details are need to book?
Once we have give you a quote and you wish to go ahead we will obtain your full name, address, email address and mobile number so we can input you into our system. All GDPR guide lines are followed and no information is shared with 3rd party advertisers
Are you insured?
All worked carried out by Brooks Outdoors is covered by our insurance for the staff, work carried out and your self while we are on your property
