As the founder, Chris has a hand in everything—whether he’s managing behind-the-scenes operations like phone calls and emails, taking social media content, or heading out on the road to help with jobs. His versatility is key to keeping things running smoothly, and his leadership ensures that everyone is working toward the same goal. Chris's entrepreneurial spirit helped Brooks Outdoors grow from its humble beginnings into the multi-service business it is today.

• Ross, our main gardener and maintenance expert, is the man behind the transformation of countless gardens. He’s the one tackling overgrown lawns, taming unruly hedges, and bringing life back to tired landscapes. Ross also handles jet washing, giving patios, driveways, and garden paths a new lease on life. His keen eye for detail means nothing is overlooked, whether it's maintaining a garden or refreshing a property’s exterior.

• Darren and Cameron make up our window cleaning dream team. These two are out on the road daily, ensuring windows are sparkling clean across Essex. And when they’re not busy with windows and gutters, they’re often lending a hand to Ross on gardening jobs or helping out with jet washing.
