Have You Met Gabbie? The Real Boss Behind the Scenes ☕👶

Now here’s someone you might not see on the road, but she’s been a part of Windy Washers Essex from day one  say hello to Gabbie!

Not only is she the partner of our director Chris, but between us… she’s definitely the real boss. 💁‍♀️ She’s been helping us out since the very beginning volunteering her time, keeping us in line, and occasionally reminding the team who’s really in charge (usually with a tea in one hand and that look in the other 👀).

At the moment, Gabs is on maternity leave after welcoming her beautiful second baby boy (congrats, Mama!). But sitting still? Not her style. If she’s not wrangling a baby, she’s sorting schedules, updating rotas, and making sure we all know where we’re meant to be. Baby in tow, to-do list in hand Gabbie gets it done.

She’s the queen of the office calendar, the unofficial boss of Lauren (our fab office girl), and the reason things don’t descend into total chaos. Basically, if you need to know what’s happening and when, Gabbie is your woman.

And if you’ve really messed up? Best come bearing a strong tea and a shortbread biscuit… it won’t fix everything, but it might soften the blow. 😅

We love having her around, and even when she’s meant to be on a break, Gabs is a massive part of what keeps Windy Washers ticking.
