1. Service Reminder:At least 24 hours before your clean, we’ll send a text and an email letting you know we’re due. It’ll tell you:

   • What service is being done

   • The scheduled date

   • A friendly reminder to leave those gates open!

   And if something’s come up just reply and we’ll do our best to move things around to suit you.

2. After the Clean:Once we’ve worked our magic, you’ll get your invoice via text and email. From there, you can:

   • Pay by bank transfer

   • Hand the team cash (they’ll mark it as paid and send a receipt)

   • Or even link your card to pay automatically after each clean

   However you choose to pay, you’ll always get a receipt and a paper trail—no awkward guessing or lost invoices.

3. Tailored Invoices:If you forget to unlock the side gate (naughty! 😉), we’ll adjust your service and invoice for a front-only clean. Everything’s clearly timestamped and explained, so you know exactly what happened and when—even if you’re not home.
