Say hello to Lauren, the friendly voice on the phone, the queen of the calendar, and the woman who keeps the whole operation running smoother than a freshly cleaned window.

Lauren’s been with Windy Washers Essex since day one back when she was out on the road, squeegee in hand, showing everyone how it’s done. But let’s just say... Lauren has a bit of a clumsy streak. If there was an Olympic medal for tripping over absolutely nothing, she’d have it. So for everyone's safety (mainly hers), we bubble-wrapped her and popped her in the office—where she totally shines! 😅

Now, she’s the one booking in your appointments, answering all your questions, and keeping things ticking behind the scenes. Whether you’ve met her in person or spoken to her on the phone, chances are you already know how fab she is.

Every now and then we let her loose out on the road for a change of scenery but for now, Lauren’s gearing up for her next big adventure: maternity leave! 👶 We’re going to miss her while she’s off being Super Mum, but we’ll try to keep the place running without her (no promises).
